At Iluminar Nail Spa we want to provide the best service possible by providing an unforgettable experience and accommodating every appointments. Appointments are encouraged to arrive early to select their desired treatments and color. Please note that our services are done separately. If for any reason you need to cancel, we appreciate a 24 hour advance notice - we will gladly reschedule you for another day. Please be aware that we allow a 5-10 minute grace period for appointments, after 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled.
*As of March 13,2017, a late cancellation fee will be added to your account if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours. Starting September our online booking system will require your billing information.
*If you plan to book more than one service or for another guest, please be aware that any appointment canceled under your name last minute a $15 fee will be added to your account.

Prior to your service, a quick examination will be performed to analyze the health of the feet and nail. The examination is to look for any open wounds, bruises, sensitivity, or unusual color of the nail. The Board of Barbering & Cosmetology law and regulations prohibits licensees from working on a person with an infection or communicable disease. Also, a licensee is prohibited from massaging the client's skin if it is inflamed or infected, or if an eruption is present. By law, the licensee must refuse service if a client has eczema, athlete's foot, or other similar conditions. The Board's law and regulations are strictly enforced at Iluminar Nail Spa in order to protect other clients. A form will provided to assist with the understanding of your treatment as well as your customization needs. At that time, please notify us of any concerns regarding your nails this form is designed for your own well-being as well as our nail technicians.
